&#8220;Hand in the back pocket&#8221; in opposite to the reflective protruding shoulder that the pain usually causes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In addition, any stiffness should be trained away.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color:
